Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Since Snappacy provides digital AI generation credits, credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire.

Because our platform delivers digital goods that grant immediate computational access to generative AI rendering infrastructure, we do not offer refunds, cash redemptions, or charge reversals once a credit purchase is successfully completed and credited to your account balance.

We provide every newly registered user with 3 free credits upon signing up. We strongly encourage all users to evaluate our AI generation quality, scene outputs, camera angles, and turnaround time using these complimentary credits prior to purchasing any paid top-up pack.

Your credits are only permanently consumed for successful renders. If a generation fails due to a server error, timeout, or technical fault on our end:

• The credit deducted for the failed generation is automatically refunded back to your account balance.
• You can immediately re-attempt the render or use the credit on any other product scene without extra charge.

In the rare event that you experience an erroneous double charge, payment gateway glitch, or an authorized payment that was not credited to your account balance:

• Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.
• Provide your registered email address, date of transaction, and the Payment ID / Order ID from your payment receipt (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe, or Cashfree).
• Upon verification of the duplicate transaction or error, a full refund for the duplicated charge will be initiated to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

Snappacy operates strictly on a pay-as-you-go, prepaid credit model. We do not charge recurring monthly subscriptions or auto-debit your payment method. Consequently, there is no active subscription to cancel.

You may choose to stop using the platform at any time, or request account deletion by emailing our support team. Unused credits remain valid indefinitely until consumed.
