Privacy Policy

Account details. Your email address and, if you provide it, your display or brand name. If you sign in with Google we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google.

Product photos. The images you upload to render, plus any additional reference photos you add for back and angle views.

Generated renders. The output images and video reels produced from your uploads, along with the settings used to produce them (scene, angle, aspect ratio, brand profile).

Usage and billing records. Your credit balance and a ledger of credit transactions.

Local storage. We store a small amount of data in your browser: your Supabase sign-in session, and whether you accepted or declined the cookie banner.

We use your data to authenticate you, store and display your uploads and renders, run the image generation you ask for, keep your credit balance accurate, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your product photography to train our own models.

We use a small number of specialist providers to run the service:

• Supabase — authentication, database and private file storage for your uploads and renders.
• fal.ai — receives your product photo in order to generate the requested image or video renders.
• Google (Gemini) — optionally receives your product photo to auto-detect the product name, category and colour palette. This step is skipped if the feature is unavailable.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the application.

Uploaded images are sent to these providers only to fulfil the render you requested.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies we rely on are the ones Supabase needs to keep you signed in. Analytics, if enabled, is loaded only after you accept the cookie banner, and you can decline without losing any functionality. Declining analytics does not affect your account or your renders.

Needs review: If you enable Google Analytics (via VITE_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID) it sets its own cookies, so this section — and the banner copy — must be updated to name Google Analytics explicitly and describe its retention. The Plausible option (cookieless) needs no change.

Data Retention Duration: Uploaded product photos, reference images, and generated renders are stored securely in your private, authenticated storage bucket for as long as your account is active. This ensures your Studio, Catalog Gallery, and high-resolution ZIP exports remain accessible whenever you log in.

You have full control over your content and may delete individual renders from your Gallery at any time. If you choose to delete your account or submit a deletion request to support, all associated uploads and rendered files are permanently purged from our active storage systems within 30 days.

Billing records, credit purchase histories, and payment transaction metadata are retained for up to 7 years in accordance with statutory financial compliance, accounting standards, and payment gateway regulatory obligations.

AI Training Policy: We strictly DO NOT use your uploaded product photographs, brand trademarks, reference images, or generated renders to train, fine-tune, or improve any proprietary or third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning models without your explicit prior consent. Your visual assets are transmitted to our inference partners (such as fal.ai) strictly for the ephemeral processing required to fulfill your requested renders.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, export, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal information, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. To submit a data request, contact our privacy officer at the support address below.

Your files are held in private, encrypted cloud storage buckets and are accessible solely through short-lived, cryptographically signed URLs. Access to your account records and assets is enforced at the database layer using strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure complete tenant isolation.

Snappacy AI Studio is an e-commerce commercial SaaS tool and is not intended for or marketed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material updates will be reflected by the date at the top of this document.
